What an incredible place to stay; our new favorite! Gorgeous hotel, beautiful rooms, spacious balcony, great views and due to the lay out (not standard at all), each part of the hotel feels intimate. Room was very spacious and had big windows in each area providing a beautiful view, but needed some upgrades. Couch was pretty worn. Bathroom needed some fixing as well. Anything we needed, was provided for us in a decent amount of time with a smile. It was a lovely stay. I would stay there again!

We had a 3-bedroom apartment-style place. Each bedroom had its bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The kitchen, living room, and dining room space allowed for fun group gatherings.

It’s funny, the hotel is old. Was undergoing some renovations, some things in our room were showing their age… but the hotel was still excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Great bed. Awesome water pressure in the shower. Beautiful view of the mountains and sunset from our balcony. I really loved this hotel. Also it’s right in the heart of Vail Village which was wonderful. Even with a little wear and tear… the property and staff still had a fancy / special / high level of service vibe. Great stay!

Very old. Our room had some sort of air return that you couldn’t turn off! It was very loud even when you sat on the balcony. Terrible service at the breakfast restaurant. Service was so bad they paid for our breakfast.

I liked the location for the go-pro games. Nice room. Valet staff was amazing! Even handed me a bottle of champagne and birthday card as i was leaving! Only down side, the price of parking, but it Vail!

Room was dirty with pieces of visible dirt on the carpet; old dried out contacts on the floor. Brought it up to the front desk. HSKP cleaned the room afterwards. Air conditioning unit not there; they had an HVAC that stuck out of the window therefore the window had to stay open. Noisy neighbors, couldn’t sleep because of them being loud. Very uncomfortable Murphy’s bed.
