We had a great stay. We booked a family room which had an additional room with 4 bunk beds. We have 3 children so it was perfect for us. The room was in great condition, clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable, it has a bar, lounge area a restaurant, a very nice pool. The hotel is up the hill so you have to drive to the city or take a trolley which is free and comes every 30 minutes. We will surely be back.

Park Vista is nicely situated just outside the bustle of Gatlinburg, but with plenty of parking and free reliable shuttle service into town with numerous stops possible. Staff was very accommodating. Lobby was very nicely decorated, and my room had a very nice view.

Great stay. Very clean. Older place that has been remodeled needs updating mattress for sure. Parking can be iffy during certain times, wasn’t aware they charge $18 a night to park to me is crazy. Very nice staff. Hot tub and indoor pool was nice. Elevators have a wait during high traffic but it’s just be aware.
