Hôtel bien situé, personnel désagréable

Service médiocre. Très difficile de faire chauffer un biberon : il a fallu 3 déplacements et 3 personnes différentes… Le personnel ne fait pas d effort de compréhension même quand on fait une phrase simple en espagnol. Sous prétexte que le 1er jour la femme de ménage n a pas vu le 2e peignoir , le 2e jour l hôtel veut vous facturer le peignoir alors qu il est dans la chambre .
