There was a nearby basketball tournament; check in took over an hour with only one overwhelmed desk attendant who was going the best she could with the onslaught of guests. Kids running everywhere, parents not caring until about 11:00, then just loud parents in the atrium. I would suggest getting a room over the pool which closes earlier. Staff was great, very attentive during breakfast too.
