Lovely hotel with clean rooms and impeccable decor. We really enjoyed the Shamiana restaurant for Breakfast & Lunch as well. It’s also a lot more affordable than some of the other 5-star hotels in the area. The only thing to watch out for is their travel/taxi service managed by Ali & Fahad. They tried to scam us knowing well we were foreigners and charge you a super premium on every ride. Avoid them under all circumstances as they take advantage of outsiders. We brought this to the Hotel Management’s attention & they were kind enough to accommodate us with a late checkout as severance, but the experience still left a bad feel in our hearts. Which is unfortunate because everything else at the Hotel was perfect. Overall I will give our stay a 4/5 stars. Cheers.

I had a very disappointing experience at Taj Jumeirah. As a UAE national, I expected to be welcomed with respect and professionalism. Instead, I was treated in a dismissive and condescending way, which felt discriminatory and unworthy of a brand like Taj. Hospitality in the UAE is built on respect and equality, and unfortunately, this property failed to reflect those values. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat all guests with dignity.

Checked in late night...A Nigerian accent front desk lady was not at all welcoming...Not even a courteous smile...The room provided to us was very old...AC not working properly...Taj is just a name...wouldnt recommend to stay at all...Stayed at Radisson Blu in Business Bay before for 6 days and Amazing staff...even was upgraded to Suite when they saw family with kids...
