Outdated and needs an overhaul immediately. They are stuck in the 90’s. Some of the room doors look like a crime scene from CSI. It’s pretty bad. The staff are very customer oriented and helpful. Great area has everything nearby. The town is cater to visitors but not Shilo.

No bath soap or gel in room, asked and was told they didn’t have any. No coffee pods or cups told the same excuse. Paid good money for this king suite and couldn’t shower, ridiculous!

Clean room. Right.off highway. Shopping, gas & dining options nearby. Partial kitchen available, bed comfy. Sauna, pool available. Coffee in room & lobby in AM. No breakfast but Starbucks nearby I'd come again.

The room was not fully stocked, I had to go to the front desk to ask for soap and towels. The property is very run down, feels extremely neglected and somewhat dirty. I honestly didn’t feel safe with the lack of in room locks on the door. The breakfast they used to have is no longer offered.

I have videos the tv didn’t work it stayed pause. There was NO Breakfasts because the restaurant was closed down but at booking it state complementary breakfast.So They Didn’t update it and I checked yesterday and still say breakfast.No Hot Water in the Sink jacuzzi was broken. I’m request a refund this hotel was horrible and I video for my proof

The property's carpets needed to be shampooed. There was a bad musty smell in the hallways and it seemed like transients lived at the establishment and cooked very smelly food in their rooms, like fish and brussels sprouts. I will not be staying at this place next year.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived for about 5 minutes. Another couple walked in behind us as well. When someone came out they did not apologize at all and charged a card that was not mine for the room. I pointed it out and they said “oh it must have been an employee number” I was so confused and made sure the correct card was charged. When we arrived to the room, there was a musty dirty smell to it. There was no hand soap to use to wash our hands and the shower was so clogged, the tub started filling with water as soon as you turn the shower on. The walls are very thin and there was noise well past 12am. This place is terrible, don’t ever stay here!
