You cannot beat the price for this hotel/apartment. It had everything we needed, was clean, and spacious...and exactly as pictured on the site. The only downside (which is very minor) is that the check-in is at a separate location, which is in walking distance of Kyoto station, which is where you will most likely be arriving anyway. The staff was SUPER kind and friendly - and they shuttle you right to your apartment/hotel suite, which is great and the building we were in was modern, clean and fantastic. This is a great find for the most reasonable price we booked in Japan.

The check in was easy and the reception staff was helpful and accommodating they even provided a shuttle for us and our luggage to the hotel as it is in a different location. They will even hold your luggage if check in is not ready. Hotel room was nice and clean and a bus stop was right outside. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend it! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the check in process was very easy and the room was very spacious for 5 adults and a little kitchen with basic utensils and supermarket just infront of the hotel, also the bus stop is right outside of the hotel so very convenient. 子供が遊べるホテルがほとんどない京都でやっと見つけたこちらのホテル。 子供達は二段ベッドやプロジェクターゲーム、ボルダリングととても楽しめて部屋も広くすごくよかったです。 チェックインも下の時計屋さんですることができ、近くのパーキングについても地図が用意してあって丁寧に教えてくださり安く停められました。 観光地はそんなに近くないですが、その分そこまで混雑していないし、パーキングもそんなに高くないです。 近くにはスーパー、コンビニ、パン屋、飲食店があるのでとても便利でしたが、スーパーのお惣菜や弁当はそんなにおいしくなかったのでどこかテイクアウトできるお店を探せばよかったなと思いました。 以上、概ね満足ではあったのですが、 タオルを開いたら髪の毛のかたまりが絡まっているものがあってとても気持ち悪かったです。 衛生面はきちんとチェックしてほしいと思います。

京都駅近くのフロントでチェックインできて、バス時刻表などの情報がもらえて、チェックアウト後は荷物を預かってもらえたことはとてもよかったです。その上、忘れ物も預かっていただけて、大変感謝しています。 到着日時が違う4名が利用したので、部屋の鍵が必要なく暗証番号で入退室できたのはとても便利でした。 ホテルにスタッフがいなくても安心感がありサービスもよく快適でした。 目の前にスーパーがあり、キッチンが充実していてとてもよかったです。 機会があれば是非次回も利用したいです！
