Nonsmoking room had been smoked in. Room #2 assigned to me was moldy. Room #3 was also. Finally went back to Room #1 as the lesser of all evils.

This place is more of a flop house than a motel

I guess hotels.com offer is only on. A smoking room and the app had 5 additional rooms available. The desk person wouldn’t move us to a non smoking room. The room was dirty, tile in the bathroom was broken someone stuck gum in the peep hole. The refrigerator was dirty. It was dark when we arrived or we never would have stayed.

What a Nice Surprise!

What a pleasant grateful surprise as we were traveling from Pennsylvania to Texas without rest! The check-in was simple and professional. The room was spacious and smoke free. There were some spots that needed cleaning. Overall we support this establishment and will be back!

The room was not very clean; the floors, sink, and bathroom were dirty and dusty. There was no soap in the dispenser. The people in the area appeared to be under the influence. Although the room was designated as smoke-free, it smelled strongly of smoke and marijuana, which worsened throughout the night and triggered our allergies. I do not recommend this place for families. We only stayed because it was late, and we were tired from a long drive.

Moldy Rooms w/ Horrid Plumbing

There was mold in the first room and changed rooms to another room with mold. No hot water in sink. The toilet had low pressure. Could not defecate in toilet without clogging. I did leave toilet clogged cause the day I left cause it was close too to check out (around10:20) (checked out at 10:40) to find plunger and they need to fix their plumbing issues.
