Wow. I thought the reviews had to be wrong but they were not! We had a great 6 night stay here and will book again our next trip. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being completely booked up. Breakfast was better than I expected (biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, seasoned potatoes, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, fruit and juices) The coffee machine in the commons area was amazing! The location was about 20 minutes from anywhere in Springfield and so perfect! I didn’t even know there was a basketball court in the courtyard (I guess I should have being called ‘court view’) we didn’t use the pool or hot tub but hopefully will next time.

Room was clean, staff was pleasant, with an excellent coffee machine in the lobby. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The yogurt machine was broken, they kept running out of food, guests were digging in cabinets to stock silverware and cups, and the room is way too small for its purpose. Stick to toast or a bagel and you will be fine. Decent hotel, just don’t choose it for the breakfast.
