Perfect for a layover! We stayed here twice over the past 10 days and had a great experience both times. The hotel is very conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the airport—just follow the signs and take a couple of elevators/escalators. Check-in and check-out were super quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exactly what you need for a quick night between flights. Plus, the breakfast is diverse and very good. Highly recommend for transit travelers!

It was problably the worst airport hotel I've stayed at. Not at all as per pictures. The bedroom wasn't very clean and the floor was very sticky. The gym had a lot of broken material and plugs out of sockets what seems pretty dangerous for guests. Breakfast was ok buy restaurant menu was only junk food with pizza and burgers.

We arrived. 9 pm due to late train, my daughter fell asleep straight away so I could not go down and ask for a new room . They promised a voucher for a free night that was going to be sent to my email, but it never came

Not friendly check in staff, I am Platinum member at Strawberry and the guy in the reception didn’t care about that. I know I don’t get the benefits when booking through hotels but they are always smiling and extra friendly when they see that you are Platinum. Then the pillows in the room was the highest I ever experienced, could barely sleep the whole night. Never again comfort hotel Copenhagen airport.
