The room was never clear during my 2 days stay. The toilet stopper was old it kept running every night so I ended up having to close the bathroom door. I called for the cable to be fixed, no one came up. Their appeared to be someone sleeping in the hallway the previous night he was there when I returned la to we that day. The AC kept shutting off and never really got cold. The parking lot had potholes the size of small mountains. Several car had broken windows as well. Breakfast their was only toast, cereal, begals orange juice and apple. Their was no other fruit or other breakfast items available.

Front desk lady was practically catatonic. She checked in someone behind me in line while i was checking in, and finished checking that person in first. The staff lady didn't understand when i asked if i could use a different card to pay the deposit but she didnt even respond. Three times. Why is this lady not in a mental hospital?

The front entrance was broken and you had to go through the back door which was not secured. It allowed anyone to walk in if they wanted to and the front desk faced the opposite way so the rooms were easily accessible if someone wanted to approach them. The entire hotel smelled of weed and as a woman who was traveling alone and also expecting, and just needed to stay overnight due to a flight issue I did not appreciate all of my belongings smelling when I departed. I had to call the hotel 9 times to get ahold of someone when my airplane arrived and waited 45 minutes before it came. My room had to be switched due to doors not locking/keys not working and still the new room’s deadbolt was not secure at all. I ended up cancelling my second night there because of the safety concerns and just overall surroundings and rebooked somewhere else.

The property was in disrepair and felt a little dirty. There were people sleeping in the hallways during the night into the early morning. There was police activity in the hotel during our stay. Included breakfast was a nice amenity, but the selection was very small. Staff was generally kind and responsive

I stayed here for a couple of weeks while waiting for my new apartment. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly especially the overnight attendant and the tall gentleman who works in the mornings. The place is very quiet, and I was fortunate enough to get work done remotely without any issues. Highly recommended!

The room smell of over powering cologne not even a clean smell, the breakfast was bread and cereal not even a decent breakfast like most with eggs and bagels, and the milk for cereal was warm! The hallways smelled of customers smoking marijuana in the rooms and hallway!

We were supposed to get airport shuttle. When we checked in at 3:45 we were told they were all filled up for the next day. That is the reason we booked this hotel. We then had to pay for our own transportation. We also didn't know that it was a homeless shelter. The police were there when we left for the airport at 3:45am. Terrible scary stay.
