Very cordial reception staff members. Ambiance of the lobby and floors was very welcoming. Views were amazing from the junior suite. Food options are excellent and affordable. Had a few service hiccups where had to ask twice for toothbrush to be provided and during check in, was informed check in time was 3pm which is 1 hour later than expected. I booked this corner room with a beach view based on the photos and it did not disappoint! The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. The bathroom also has an incredible city/beach view and a separate accessible balcony! The rooftop infinity pool is gorgeous and clean with a great bar/lounge and lots of lounge couches. Finally, what I had from the dinner menu on the 5th floor (burger, fries, goi-cuon & mojito) was delicious, but breakfast was just so-so. Overall one of the nicest hotel stays I've ever had.
