This review has info about being VEGAN! Cons: people reserved chairs at the pool very early and staff didn’t enforce rule to not do that; gym was often crowded and didn’t have clean towels or water; we booked a room with two queens and got a king; night entertainment was lame Pros: Beautiful room; Food was good and had variety AND was labeled well for various food restrictions including being vegan (though sometimes I noticed something with meat in it being labeled as vegetarian); staff was friendly and helpful; Beach and pools were lovely

Staff were very accommodating, the food was very good. The entertainment was amazing. I loved how they have a coffee bar opened 24 hrs. The hotel was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is going to Aruba

Hotel was really nice and staff was ultra-friendly. Only issue at hand is upon checking in, reservations and confirmations had already been paid-for upon which we were placed in a room that was not what we paid for (standard room). I am in the process of filing for a refund of the difference as staff claims the 'issue' was with the booking agency, and not the hotel of which purposefully overbooked. This was realized upon check-in as all confirmations were paid for, and realized prior to travel. No real excuse for this as I am currently navigating 'red-tape' to process for the refund.

We had a 5-night stay and loved our stay. RIU is a beautiful all-inclusive resort with friendly and accommodating staff. The beach is wonderful with palapas providing a shady space to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. There were activities each day and many options to play and explore. The dining selections offered variety with a buffet and restaurants providing delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and in between. Attention to cleanliness was excellent throughout. Local shopping and dining options were available a short walk away. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our time in paradise.
