To be able to 'glamp' overnight at Taronga Park Zoo listening to the lions, tigers and chimps while admiring the city skyline is brilliant. Add the copious amounts of good food (entre's, dinner, breakfast), knowledgeable and genuinely friendly guides, rich collection of exotic animals set in a lush, tropical harbourside zoo setting and this is an experience you won't forget in a hurry.

The whole experience was both amazing and educational- the staff who looked after our group of 40 were consummate professionals who clearly loved and were passionate about their zoo and the animals within. They were kind, engaging and attentive. This by far and away the best night/day activity I have ever had in Sydney. It was an amazing experience. The breakfast and canapés were good but the dinner was not as good maybe could have had something a little different as not everyone eats that type of food . WOW . What a truly memorable experience for my twin sister and me. Our host team Tash, Bridie, Tori and Rach were incredible. Their love, commitment and passion for the animals and their futures was truly moving to listen to. The information talks about the animals was amazing from both the team and the keepers during our behind the scenes encounters late at night and early the next morning. Definitely add this to your MUST DO list !!! Laying in bed listening to the animal noises during the night is etched in our minds and hearts. The view from our tent was spectacular ! Great accommodation food and service. M & M

What an experience! Highly recommend for Sydney locals and tourists/visitors. Keep in mind it's not a hotel – but the amenities are still lovely and all you need. Tents and bedding are also surprisingly warm for a cool winters night, and dry amid a flash rainstom. 10/10!
