TV was not setup. It would have been nice to have TV for entertainment while in the room. Everything else in the room were good. Facility is about 2 blocks to the newport casino. Foodie area was also very close by. You also have Lawsons and Watson for your everyday health and beauty needs.

Check-in Problems: Requested early check-in at 10:15 AM but waited 4 hours in lobby with no communication. Staff failed to inform us our reservation was moved to another building. Traveling with elderly mother, daughter, and 6 bags made this especially difficult. Room Issues: Upon arrival at new building, room still wasn't ready (another 30-minute wait). Room had broken shade, extremely thin sheets, and only 1 towel for 3 guests. Overall: Terrible communication, inadequate amenities, and poor preparation made this stay unnecessarily stressful for our family. Would not recommend due to lack of basic service standards.

The email i received told us to go to building 1 A ten minutes wait with the girl in that building sent to building 3 where we got to go to the room The room was clean and ok The bathroom sink didn't drain the shower was small with a glass door that opened in i only just managed to close it. The wifi not that good I chose this for location next to airport . We had a evening flight in and a early flight out. Probably won't use again.

Buyer beware. Do not book this stay if you are travelling with special needs person or children. No mobile internet in the room or outside in the pool area, you only get internet from their wifi so if you are booking grabcar, stay inside the room. Also, the guard wont let the grabcar inside the condo, but they also wont let the car wait outside the condo. In other words - Security guards are arrogant. Pool is filthy. Like the pool filters are off. We have a special needs child and asked the guards if they could let the grabcar in so we dont have to carry bags and luggages and walk the children in the midday sun. they also asked the grab car to leave right away because cars cannot wait along the road for the passengers. Then they told us that they dont see any “PWD” in our group, like they would allow exceptions only if they can see wheelchair. And then they laughed like we were caught lying. Too bad if you have a child with hidden disability such as autism, you have to bake your child under the sun because the guards wont let non-resident cars in. Just imagine they are asking us to walk from the condo to the car OUTSIDE the condo, knowing we have two kids (3 adults + 2 kids) and luggages. They seem to enjoy what little power they have. If I had not raised my voice to them, they would ask the grab car to leave again, because we should be standing on the sidewalk under the sun, outisde the condo and wait for the grabcar there instead. Good luck if you are keen.

One palm tree villas is the only place that I stay each time I visit the Philippines. It’s a beautiful area. It’s convenient for shopping transportation and of course to the main airport in Manila love the Philippines.

Seen better value in Newport

Chose the loft unit because we needed an extra bed. Sheets were clean but very worn, loft bed had no top sheet (a small blanket was provided by request). Nice big TV but no channels or content accessible at all. Little things like no dish cloth or sponge. Also the condo was ground level directly facing the street so it was a bit noisy. For the price paid, we thought it should have been better.
