I had booked a stay through for 2 queen beds. When I got to the hotel that evening, they informed me that there were no more 2 queen bedrooms left. The receptionist explained that sometimes booking through third-party, you run the risk of losing your original room booking. The room also had no hand soap and when we inquired about this, they told us that we had to use the body wash in the shower stall. 2 other different families in our group told us the same exact things happened to them as well, even booking through Marriott. I will not stay at this location again
The warped lock on the bathroom door, that I then got stuck in the bathroom and couldn’t get out. Family member had to let me out from the outside
