Loved our stay! The property was located very high up in Jiufen, gave us beautiful views of the area. The entire property was Japanese inspired, beautifully decorated and clean. The owners were super nice, prepared all the guests’ breakfasts in bento boxes, which were pleasing to the eyes as well as tasty. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent overnight stay. Neat Japanese-style room, good WiFi, great little bathtub and shower. The Japanese breakfast included in room rate was superb. The location on the edge of Jioufen might be a problem if you find yourself carrying luggage up the steps from the bus stop, otherwise it’s nice and quiet. But it was tricky to find. We didn’t anticipate any problems as we weren’t given any specific instructions. Definitely something that could be improved upon.

The inn is in a very quiet neighborhood that's easily accessible to the Jiufen old street by foot. It is a bit tricky to find where it is, but they make sure to meet you outside and walk you to the inn. Extremely helpful staff! We reserved two different rooms and stayed for one night. One of the rooms had two sets of futon, which were very comfortable. The other room had a large bed, but the mattress was on a harder side. If you are used to a soft mattress, you may have a hard time sleeping in the bed. Besides the hard mattress, everything was perfect!

とにかくオーナーさんが親切。丁寧に部屋に案内してくれて、最寄りのお店までの行き方を地図を使って詳しく教えてくれました。部屋からは遠くに港の灯りが灯った素晴らしい眺望でした。浴槽付きのお風呂も綺麗でした。朝食付きにしたのですが、焼いたサンマが真ん中で、美味しいご飯とお味噌汁で素敵な日本食を食べれました。食後にコーヒーもご馳走になって大満足。何度か足を運んだ九份でしたが、宿泊しないと味わえない、人通りも少なくて、ゆっくりと時間を過ごせる滞在ができました。実は長年九份で泊まるならここと決めていた場所が、思った以上に思い出ができたことが嬉しかったです。オーナーさん夫婦の温かさでこれまで以上に台湾が好きになりました。また宿泊させてください。

多少は話せますが、海外で日本語でやり取りできるのは非常に心強くて助かります。 場所は九份の中でも高い場所にあり、福山宮まで瑞芳駅からタクシーで行き迎えにきて貰いました。固定金額のようで270❨なお、九份老街までなら220❩と少し高いですが荷物を持って人混みを抜けるより良いと思います。この辺りを予約後に事前に教えて頂く案内が来たりして、複雑な場所で初めて行くので心強かったです。 小さいですがバスタブがあり、景色を観ながら入れたり、個人的には玄関で靴を脱いで入れるのが非常に嬉しく。お値段以上の価値ある民宿と思いました。 一つだけ少し残念に思ったのが玄関辺りが少しだけ古い家のカビ臭いようなニオイがしました。部屋は大丈夫だったので、そこだけ　やや気になりました。

3月末に宿泊しました。予約後、宿までの複数のアクセス方法を教えていただき、大変助かりました。私たちは瑞芳駅からタクシーで向かい、事前に提供された降車地点名と料金の目安で安心して利用できました。唯一の不満はWi-Fiがうまく繋がらなかったことですが、朝の小鳥のさえずり、息をのむような静寂と眺望、そして美味しい焼き魚の朝食など、満足のいく滞在でした。地震で影響がなかったことを心から祈っています
