My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooftop pool was quiet and relaxing. The proximity to downtown was close enough to walk to but far enough away to not be very noisy. Highly recommend for a comfortable little getaway.

Excellent family hotel!

Perfect family hotel, nice pool on the roof, modern, clean rooms, friendly staff, not a single downside. I suspect it might be a bit noisy if you are on the road side but we weren’t so can’t complain at all. Will be coming back for sure.

Quiet, friendly, clean and comfortable!

I carefully read sooo many hotel reviews before selecting this hotel and was not disappointed! I was looking for a quieter place as I'd heard stories of music playing til 3am closer to the centre of town. We had an excellent stay, quiet and perfect. The rooftop pool is AMAZING. Great place to stay if you don't mind walking 10 min to the beach!

Fairly large, nice modern rooms and an excellent pool and rooftop lounge. The location is good, as its about a 5 to 10 minute walk over the bridge into the heart of Sayulita and the beach area. Its very close to the bus station and convenient stores too. Its very clean, modern and well equipped with every thing you need for a stay. Staff is friendly, but front desk is only open until about 10pm.

Exceeded Expectations!

Exceeded expectations! The rooms were clean and had great air conditioning. The bed was so comfy and the extra towels for the pool were a nice touch. Our room was on the street side which was a little noisy, but usually quieted down around midnight and didn’t start until 8am. We sleep with earplugs and the noise didn’t bother us at all. The staff were pleasant and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, including giving great recommendations. Our highlight was the rooftop pool and lounge area!

I have stayed at six hotels in the Vallarta/Bahía de Banderas region and this is my favourite. Management is friendly and flexible (we were allowed to check in at 10am). Our room, with 2 Queen-sized beds, was comfortable for our family of 4, with an ample bathroom and a broad balcony suitable for breakfast. The rooftop is gorgeous: great views of the town and hills, an infinity pool suitable for doing laps, stylish design, mellow music in the morning. Next to the hotel are an Oxxo convenience store and a pharmacy with a consulting room. The small bus station is on the next block, which is perfect if you're coming from Guadalajara. The restaurant zone begins a 5-minute walk away and the beach is a 10-minute walk.

I double booked the first night at this place, because of a Snafu with another booking via Hotels.com where the hotel claimed to not have my booking, so in the crazy New Year's Eve mess, I booked two spots for the same night. Arriving the following day, to be told I was a no show the day before. The receptionist was really understanding when I explained what had happened, it really was my own doing. they waived penalties. Other reception staff were really lovely too. Only drawback, half of the hotel faces the main road, it is super noisy all night long with traffic noise. I was also on the ground floor, so between the noise and security risk of having the sliding door open for fresh air it wasn't actually a restful stay. I don't want to sleep in a sealed air-conned room. Natural ventilation please! I ended up opening the door, and stacking furniture up against the gap, to hamper any intruders. So aim for a room on the 2nd floor or facing the other side. Close to town, very easy walk and away from the club/music noise.
