Toilet paper roll was falling out of wall. Toilet seat was broken. Fan was so loud and rattling that I thought it was coming out of ceiling. Bathroom floor was dirty and shower curtain torn. Telephone did not work to call front desk. There was a puppy next door that kept me awake. The staff was friendly during check in. Explained to us about door being hard to open and how to get it open! It was stuck a lot.

How this hotel got high marks is totally beyond me. It is a standard 70's motel - through the wall noisy A/C, no apparent attempt to mitigate noise, bathroom tub/shower had fiberglass flaking off, TINY pillows, uncomfortable bed, etc. Definitely won't start here again, and won't recommend to anyone I know.
