It serves it purpose. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet. The staff was genuinely friendly, personable, and helpful when needed. I'd stay again just because of that. Everything in the room worked. I recommend asking for an even numbered room since the odd numbers face toward the interstate but it may not be noticeable with the door closed. The carpets could use a professional cleaning but most everyone's could. No weird smells. Clean linens and extra are available at the front desk. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing but coffee and oatmeal packets out for breakfast towels weren’t available and somebody high was circling the building for hours and then peed outside in the open. Staff was unbothered. Trash from previous stay was still in the room and no surface was wiped down. When the lady was “cleaning” she used the same rag for every room very unsanitary especially after wiping the bathroom areas. I chose to stay at a different facility that had opened up availability. I don’t see this hotel improving

The Staff was very friendly and kind. i really liked that i got to veiw the room before paying for it. the only thing that could of made the trip the best ive ever had would of been memory foam bed instead of springs, i have a bad back and it was killing me when i woke up. more pills on the bed.. but im sure had i asked for them they would of gave them to me. better shower pressure, running in the tub it was great, but coming out the shower no so much. my hair is down to my behind and i couldnt wash my hair due to the water pressure from the shower head. but even with that ill definitely come back to stay there if ever in town again.

Property was not very well maintained. There was exposed wiring from a light fixture that was removed from the ceiling. Half the room didnt have electricity. The remote didnt work. Tv was smaller then some computer monitors iv had. Room was filthy. I didnt feel great about trying to cook with that kitchen being that dirty. It was clear they only changed the bedsheets and didnt clean the entire room. I was going to.stay there five days. I decided to try an air bnb instead.

Awful customer service

Booked this hotel when we arrived the lobby was closed as they are only open certain hours. I’ve never experienced this with a hotel. Used the after hours phone to let them know we had arrived. The lady who answered the phone immediately told me there was no availability even though I had already booked a reservation and my card had already been charged. She was very rude and She never even asked for my name or who the reservation was for. I Called Hotels.com to request a refund. The lady from Hotels.com called the hotel and then got back on the phone to inform me that hotel now said they had a room available and to come back to the hotel so that they can assist me. Of course I refused and wanted a refund because why would I stay there after all that hassle. I really think the lady who answered the phone at the hotel did not want to check us in because it was after hours. This was an awful experience stay away from this hotel.
