Staff aren’t on site but very responsive through text. Location was very good and close to everything. We had the room on the main floor which was nice as we didn’t have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs but we could hear everyone coming in/out and up/down every morning and night. Le Marais is a such a fun. The room was spacious, clean with a small courtyard. The bed and pillows were not comfortable to me but might be perfectly fine for others. Hotel is well located with cafes, restaurants, boutiques, etc, close by. I would go back.
