The room was great! They provide free breakfast and free passes to the hot springs spa which was maybe 10 min away by Uber. The shower had hot water which was awesome and it could fit maybe 3 people comfortably in there 💦😁

Clean room, great location, friendly staff. It is close to rope swing where our son had a blast. They offer breakfast in house or provide vouchers. You also get access to hot springs. We tried two of the hot springs and enjoyed both of them. If you can, take the guided tours they offer. We saw so many animals and learned a lot about the region. This place is a gem and hope that we will be back one day

Free secure parking, rooms clean. Very basic room. No hair dryer, a coffee maker but no coffee unless you ask and then no filters or milk or sugar. Breakfast was eggs done to order and fruit. Garden...wasn't any just some plants,around the parking lot. Right downtown location, lotss of restuarants in walking distance. The Green Spoon right beside it was very good. Friendly staff, helpful with tours.

This is a basic, budget hotel. The rooms are not the reason you would stay here. What we loved was the location- right in town, easy to walk to tons of great sodas and restaurants. Also, the free access to a thermal spring! The hosts are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. Parking was safe and secure, although a bit tight to fit when the hotel was full. The room itself, however, was lacking. The linens were old and thin. The hot water in the shower was on/off inconsistent.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience here. If you want easy access to everything in La Fortuna, this place is great. And the breakfasts are to die for. All homemade by the owner's wife and she is an excellent cook! It would have been nice to have somewhere comfortable to sit after a long day of adventuring. Would definitely recommend to friends and family who would prefer a city/town experience and being immersed in the cutlure instead of staying at a resort. Sometimes a place to lay your head and access to delicious local dining options are the perfect solution!

Our host was the best. He took a lot of time to help us and got us special foods to try and showed us sloths that were near-bye. They all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Great choice for car drivers as gated parking lot. Very comfortable room with ac, fridge, good wifi and two beds and breakfast. Very helpful Mauricio advice and booking local park entrances. Would have missed somethings without his input. Included visit to thermal pools. A bit noisy from intermittent road traffic at night, but also able to walk everywhere as downtown La Fortuna. Inexpensive.

Very friendly family run business. Excellent breakfast and wonderfully presented. Loved the banana cake freshly made and unlimited cafe. Room was tiny but clean and good water in the shower. I liked the toilet paper dispenser! *A safe would have been nice and a more secure door lock system from the inside. the inside .

Nice Comfort Hotel for Family.

By appearance from outside it is not impressive. Very small hotel with limited parking space. But rooms are bigger. All required amenities are there. Service from front desk team was excellent. Location is superb, in mid of everything you need to stay in La Fortuna. Provided Hot spring resort's pass for all the days. We explored new hot spring location every day.
