Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. I will be staying here again and recommending it to co-workers who travel to Finland on business.

Some hair in the bed sheets but all in all it's a good hotel. Reception was extremely good, nice and helpful. Joined their e-mail spamming list to get presumably better floor. Don't know if that works for real? No minibar but there was a fridge.

Tulopäivänä hissi ei toiminut ulos lähtiessä, pysyi samassa kerroksessa ja esti myös toisen hissin tilaamisen. Myöhemmin illalla palatessa - kymmenen jälkeen - ei ravintolapalveluita ollut enää saatavilla. Minikaupan tarjonta oli hyvin rajallinen, esimerkiksi viiniä ei ollut lainkaan. Aamulla sokeritoukka vilisti kylpyhuoneen lattialla. Niukka ja ankea yleisolo hotellista jäi. En suosittele enkä enää varaa - onneksi Tampereella on mainioita hotelleja riittämiin.
