The facility has been upgraded sometime in recent years, but there are a few areas that still show some age. Elevator door and frame, shower faucet and knobs, room doors, but overall pretty good. Staff was very good. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet. Stayed here twice in last year.

It was an average stay with cool temperature rooms and comfortable beds. But elevator was broken, no fan in the bathroom, broken lamps, mold/mildew in the fridge, sticky bathroom floors. House keeping came while we were gone to get our dirty towels but seemed to have left cleaning spray and a dirty rag in the bathroom.

Bathroom space it TINY, plenty of room in the room they could have made the bathroom bigger. Door barely misses the toliet and hits the shower curtain when open. Barely 2 ft space to get ready in front of sink because toliet takes remaining floor area. Pool is NOT open and hasn't been for years despite pictures showing it is. Workout room very large but missing all dumbells but 5 and 35#, both treadmills broken, no water or cleaning wipes. Breakfast was decent and area very clean. Staff except for one of the cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. Hotel could be 5 stars if they maintained the areas mentioned above. Actual room, bedding, bed, towels were nice.

When we arrived the lady at the next we friendly. It took a while to get checked in because of computer problems. Once i was given my room key my husband and i headed to our room. Immediately after entering our room i headed back downstairs ro have our room moved. There was a pest spray bottle left in the hotel room and the smell of Marijuana from people smoking in the room right next to us was ridiculous. I was in rhe room for like 3 minites if that. I snapped a quick picture of the bottle of pesticides went downstairs and the lady changed us room but as i was coming down stairs she was walking aways talking on herself about some appearent drama going on with people she knew the was evident by the context of the call. She dissappear for a bout 5 minutes leaving the lobby unattended.

The staff there were welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were clean but the beds were so uncomfortable. I had a hard time sleeping because the heat unit was so loud. People were screaming in the halls at 4am. The side door to leave the hotel was off the hinges. Breakfast was okay but there was a limit on how many pieces of food one could eat.
