HORRIBLE! From the customer service to the condition of the rooms. Had to wait 30mins for someone to show up at the desk to check in. Run down…Room dirty, Looks sketchy and the room….oh my! I stayed at several hotels over the past few days and this one was the most expensive and probably the lowest quality. This area overcharges because of the Notre Dame games. The staff was nice and the room was okay at least the beds were comfortable, but the carpet had a musty odor and probably needs to be replaced.
