The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a variety of healthy options, which I appreciated. I chose this hotel specifically because it advertised having a fitness center, but that ended up being disappointing. While there are treadmills for cardio, the strength training options are extremely limited. The heaviest weights available were a single 35 lb dumbbell and a single 30 lb dumbbell, so there’s not much you can do for a full workout, especially for back or compound movements. If fitness is important to you, I recommend bringing an ultra-heavy resistance band or planning to work out elsewhere. If the weather is nice, nearby City Park East is a great outdoor alternative. Another option is the Life Time Fitness gym, but it costs an additional $50 per day. I ended up choosing City Park East.

The room was very nice but at some point after we were in the room maybe around 10:30 or so the refrigerator started making this loud humming noise and it lasted all night long. The guy who was coming to fix it in the morning said he could hear it down the hall that’s how loud it was.
