Pictures are deceiving! This place is rundown and dirty. Trash all in the halls, what looked like vomit in several places on the floor. Paid for a suite and was given a regular room. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that sometimes it changes your room after you've booked it. I was not offered a refund or any compensation for the $50 difference in rooms. Halls smelled of cigarettes even though it's a smoke free property. When you go out the side door, there's trash and cigarette butts all over the ground and not just a little bit. The shower water was warm at best. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. You could here loud people all night though.

The hotel is in poor condition. There was a fight at 1 am in the hallway by our room. Soda spilled in elevator and was left uncleaned for 2 days. Cigarette butts on the floor in our room from previous guests. All around one of the worst hotel stats I ever experienced

Elevator wasn’t working and was put on 5th floor. Finally got room changed after having to wait for elevator to reset. The place smelled of cigarettes and marijuanna. Excessive amounts of trash around, dents in doors and walls and paint peeling

Stayed bc of Eastern U.S. Snow storm and inclemrnt weather for health concerns and heater did not blow warm even if placed on °90 blew colder informed front desk daily of this but to no concern after 7 days and toilet stopped up last 5 having to walk down flights of steps to lobby to use restroom AM DISABLED mindyou w service animal but no elevators worked. Spoke with desk and supposed 'supervisor' daily was told to csll corporate they eoukd do NOTHING NI COMP NO DISCOUNT called corporate, Wyndam and come to find out reason for desk staffs cockiness ; Frsnchise NOT Corporate owned property. SMH sadly 7 days × 88.68$ whrn i shouldve krpt money and went to homrless shrlter. I caught the flu neddless to say during my stay.sou the BREAKFAST AINT WORTH ALK OF THAT OR MY HEALTH

The front desk lady was nice at check-in. The closest elevator was not working, so I had to walk to the other side of the hotel to get to the other one, which was acting weird when I got on it. It was very slow-moving and kind of bounced when it stopped at the floors. The halls smelled of marijuana, both halls I walked down. The room itself wasn’t bad. It was clean, and the bathroom seemed to have been updated recently. I checked in while my wife was in a procedure. After picking her up, we got on the elevator, which did not stop evenly with the floor, and the buttons for the floors inside the elevator would not work. We got off the elevator and had to take the stairs to the 5th floor. My poor wife was in agonizing pain having to take all of those steps after just having a procedure done. I never got back on that elevator the rest of the stay (one night only, thank God), but it and the stairs were near an exit door convenient to the side parking lot. The exit door to the parking lot had no handle on the outside and was never locked as stated on the sign, so anyone really could access it. I’m not a complainer, but I kept getting emails over and over to leave a review, so here it is.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, but carpeting was old and stained, especially in halls and stairways. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was okay. No experience with pets. Some loud people on the fifth floor.

To me, the staff stood out in particular it was the manager. I can’t remember her name, but and Linda, the supervisor of housekeeping, as well as Eduardo they all went out out of their way to help me out and feel comfortable.!!!
