At check in the tv in our room was broken and they said they would it have it replaced later that evening, but it was the next afternoon before it was taken care of. However, after we checked out, the manager reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience and refunded me for part of our stay.

The pool was closed due to an issue out of their control, and at first it really bothered my son. But the hotel experience made up for it. The guy at the front desk was amazing to us and helpful. The room was insane. Having the kitchen and room separate from the bedroom was great for us to have dinner in the room. This is the best hotel I’ve ever taken my family to. The breakfast was also so good, we ate so much. To the guy at the front desk, you made our stay!
