The room had a few dust bunnies and residue on one of the tables, but nothing earth shattering. The staff at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The pool was warm and quiet and made for a nice morning swim. We were in town for the Washington game and there is a shuttle service offered at the desk for $40 a person; we took advantage of it and it was very convenient. I do want to add the stadium is not really within walking distance. I thought it would be, but it'd be like a 45 minute walk, mostly up hill and in major traffic; realistically no one should walk that. The location is quiet and the parking is ample. The breakfast was great--many options. Lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. We had a great stay.

Absolutely fabulous hotel.

From the moment we walked into the hotel the reception was fantastic. The hotel was beautifully clean and bright. We had a very small problem with the electricity tripping out and it was fixed immediately. Happened again and we were moved within minutes to another room. Michelle even brought up a trolley for us without us asking so helpful. Then I needed to print off some paperworkand Glen advised me what to do and Cameron helped me do it. The managers reception was so so good and Maria who did the cooking was so lovely and the food was gorgeous. Last but not least was Samira the general manger who came round and spoke to all guests and had time for everyone, she is an absolute asset to IHG as are all the staff. Fantastic 3 night stay. If ever back over this hotel will be my 1st choice. Being a regular user if hotels and Staybridge Suites being one of my most popular this hotel stands out.

I recently stayed at this hotel while traveling alone with my two kids. Overall, our stay was good and the basics were covered. A few things to keep in mind: 🔹 Towels – I highly recommend bringing your own. The ones provided were stained and looked dirty, which was disappointing. 🔹 Breakfast – It was okay, but very basic. They had eggs, cereal, bagels, bread, and waffles. I expected a bit more variety like sausage or bacon. 🔹 Security – There was an armed security guard stationed outside at night. While I understand safety is important, it felt a bit intimidating and made me question whether the area was truly safe. Would I stay here again? Maybe—but with better preparation.
