VIP Service and hospitality!

I truly enjoy the whole atmosphere, cleanliness, friendliness and a great attitude from the whole stuff. I tip handsomely every worker I interact and even leaved a tip to the housekeeper. They are the hidden heroes that keep the rooms in VIP conditions. I will come back and I will tell my associates how great the Sevilla Palace hotel is! You guys were my lucky charm because I have great sucess in my business proyect. Thank you!

It is a convenient location and a great staff

My plane has a delay an I tried several times to contact the property to let them know I will arrive late, but their reservations' department asked me for their confirmation code. They did not take Hotel's itinerary number or my name. Fortunately, my stay was totally paid and I can get a room upon my arrival at 3 am.

The staff are so friendly here and are quite knowledgeable about what's around. The lobby is beautiful and has nice artwork on display. There is a number of elevators so it was never too long of a wait. I only tried the breakfast buffet and I thought it was good for the price. The room I ended up in while very spacious, was quite cold and while the staff explained how the heating system worked I don't think the heater functioned properly. Also the beds are stiff so if you don't like firm mattress, oh boy. The lighting is also a bit dim. While this didn't deter me it did for my grandmother who needs more light to be able to see/read . Overall it's not a bad place, I would stay again probably not with my grandma though.
