Location was perfect for what we needed, didn't realise we would be in such a night life part of town. There was no noise in room and the electronic outside shutter worked well. Air con was lacking, not any shelf space so lived out of suitcase. Shower was powerful, note breakfast is not refilled after 9.30am but open untill 10.30 not mentioned at check in... did have food the first day but the variety was better if you came at 9.30am great shopping mall close by but no service on a Sunday

Great place to stay, Fortunately came through for me when another hotel didn't honor my reservation !! Moxy is a 15 min walk from Gare du Lausanne and well within walking to a lot of great places within the city. The room was small but sufficient. Clean throughout, friendly & helpfull staff. Breakfast service was high content and good (nutritious options).

Based on the photos, we were expecting cool trendy hotel. The lobby area is definitely that. The room itself was fine. The air-conditioning did not work and the window was a little odd. Staff generally helpful and friendly. Fitness center was a room in the cellar with some very basic equipment, definitely nothing for someone looking for an actual workout.The hotel was centrally located, which was nice.

Great location and top service from Abu

Great service throughout from Abu. The hotel was clean, well located and had everything you needed. The room was everything you'd expect from a Moxy, although the air con wasn't very good so expect warm evenings. The mattress was also very hard and the lights below the bed did not work. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Perfect location for us

Had a wonderful time at The Moxy, although very brief. Chose to stay here due to it's location to a music venue and found the hotel to be comfortable, friendly and fun. All staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the free drink from the bar and the transport card that came with the room booking. Location great for shops, restaurants and supermarket. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room to save packing a travel kettle but would definitely stay here again if visiting Les Docks. Thank you Moxy!

Love that place

Moxy is a Cody, modern hotel with an excellent staff and a mixed crowd. It is Young in its expression, of course for better and for worse defending on who you are. I have always loved coming here, though at times the room prices sky rocket to a point that is beyond what the hotel offers….most of the time though, are fair.

Ok for short stay

My room was clean, the bed comfortable but I was in darkness as the window was covered by an outer blind that I could not raise from the inside. Breakfast was good, and the self service luggage storage lockers a great idea. The staff were excellent, and very helpful. The location is great for convenience but I was on the first floor and there was a lot of noise from people chatting below in the pedestrian area late into the night.

Disappointing. Had to change hotels

Dorm like. Institutional. Had to switch hotels. Rooms are tiny even for Europe and AC doesn’t work well. Zero closet or wardrobe space. You can tell they threw this together to make money and didn’t put a lot of thought into it. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful but when we asked to leave and have a refund for our unused nights the lady refused to refund our unused evenings. Had to escalate. For $20 more we stayed in a fabulous hotel in the city center.
