We had a great experience staying at Pinball Pete’s place. Very clean, cozy, comfortable, with use of the kitchen and some food provided … and, of course, pinball! Our host also went above and beyond in helping us to resolve an unexpected issue. Hoping to stay there again in the future.

My favorite place to stay in the US

This is the most fun place to stay that I know. The owner is responsive and friendly, the cat (who only lives outside) is so lovely. The antique pinball machine collection is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and it’s a chance of a lifetime to play. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfy. This place is exceptional!

We stayed at pinball Petes located in Richmond Virginia. It was a cool place that contained over 15 pinballs and other types of gains. It was close to mainstream venues, but took away in a picturesque neighborhood very peaceful and calm and safe. We enjoy being able to relax.

Pinball Fun in Richmond, Virginia

Unique and fun place to stay in Richmond. Especially nice if you are traveling with folks that really love pinball. Clean, accommodating, quiet neighborhood. Game play is included in the price of your stay, there must have been 25 machines.

The host couldn’t have been nicer. House is a museum of pinball machines that you can play!! Everything was spotlessly clean and light breakfast is available. I’ll definitely return.

Ive never experienced a bnb quite like Pinball Pete's. Nostalgic pinball machines everywhere set on free play. Got the pleasure to meet the man himself. Great guy. The house was extremely clean as well as free snacks and in a good neighborhood. Highly recommend this establishment. 10 stars if i could.

Second time, still a charm

This is our second stay, and it's just as great as before! The beds are comfy, selection of breakfast is great, the manager communicates extremely well, the games are fun, location is safe and convenient, and the old cat is very friendly. Despite what someone else said, I have never seen a cat hair or any trace of the friendly little cat anywhere inside the house. I hope my kid gets into college here, so I have an excuse to come stay here more often. lol

2/10 Poor

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! We booked this house because our family likes playing games & pinball, for location and outdoor space, but upon arriving we were hit with a heavy stench of mold, pet odor, and decay. The listing photos are clearly outdated — the place is neglected, not charmingly retro. We had to buy odor neutralizers and clean the fridge and bathroom ourselves after 15+ hours of traveling. Many listed amenities were unusable: washer/dryer blocked with the owner’s items, a non-working grill, dirty and disorganized patio furniture with a broken umbrella. The “in-room dining area” is just a pinball machine table with no legroom. No water dispenser aside from the kitchen tap. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and expired food in the fridge. We found rodent droppings under the sink. The full bathroom sink and shower show rust, leaking faucets, missing tiles, and peeling ceiling paint from poor ventilation. The house is a fire hazard — extension cords run under rugs, and some outlets and switches are broken. We cleaned areas and took photos to document issues. We would have canceled if we’d known how bad it was; the small compensation received after complaining doesn't equate to the steps taken to mitigate the issues to feel a bit more comfortable. This property is not worth the price. Owner, please remove this listing, repair the damage, and maintain basic cleanliness and safety — there are clear health and safety concerns. This is an honest warning to future guests.
