One of if not the friendliest hotel ive ever checked into. The desk worker (sam) went out of her way to male sure our stay was great. Great breakfast clean rooms nice selection for breakfast. Only complaint was the pool was closed which is literary why we chose this hotel with 6 other families. The hotel was up front when we checked in but being that we used the hotels.com app we couldnt cancel. Very frustrating. But would still recommend staying here due to the staff.

Elevator down 3 weeks in a row. I stayed for 3 weekends and they didn’t have any rooms on lower floors and the higher floors 5-6 are a long walk up. Asked for a refund on the last stay and wasn’t issued one. Unexceptionable.
