Property was pleasant, and very close to I-40. This isn't a new facility, but presented itself well, clean and renovated. My room was very clean, and above expectations for a budget motel. I stayed 3 nights and each were pleasant, comfortable. I slept well. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. I didn't eat breakfast there, but the coffee was good. Front desk folks were very pleasant and efficient. This was a very good experience for me.

The clerk at check in/out was very friendly and gave us ideas of what to see while in Tennessee. The lobby was getting an update, so hopefully they will update the stained carpet in the hallways and some of the furniture in the rooms.

Disappointed

The female employee at the desk was exceptional! The lobby was clean and smelled like chlorine from the pool so I thought this was going to be a perfect hotel...I was wrong! The carpet in the common areas and once you get off the elevator on the second floor was absolutely disgusting!! Ice machine didn't work on the second floor either. Entering my room it smelled like cat urine. Paid extra to stay in the room with the jacuzzi, left to go get cleaning supplies before actually being able to use it. I expected a lot better with the reviews... I'm disappointed.

Great place on a budget

One of the few places that if you call…you can actually talk to someone THERE. Breakfast was a 5 star restaurant compared to other places I’ve stayed! Everyone there, guests and staff were excellent.

Great place to stay for the night

We needed a place to sleep for the night while heading to the beach. This hotel met that need and more. Yes, they are remodeling, but there was no noise, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Free continental breakfast, with waffles and breakfast sandwiches was a definite plus!
