Had to book something quick for a one night stay on our drive home. The price appealed to me first. I was concerned about the location next to the freeway and surrounding area but we were very pleased with our spotless room and since we were on the back of the hotel, it was very quiet. We drove over to Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill for dinner, which was very good, and had breakfast at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House before we started our drive. Delicious breakfast! Both were easy to get to and close enough to the hotel.

We were very pleased with this accommodation especially when we discovered that the toilet was not working when we got there. However while we stepped out for dinner, the hostess completely changed the fixture so we didn’t have to change our room. It was very convenient being able to park right outside the patio door.

The rooms look recently renovated and the beds were quite comfy. The hotel is located in an industrial area but lots around to explore. Our friend had a room next door. The cleaners missed the bottle of KY under their bed..... Try explaining that one to the kids. Haha.
