We stayed for one night at Comfort Suites in Boone. The hotel was easy to get to, and convenient for eating places and for access to Blue Ridge Parkway. The hotel was pretty clean, had ample parking and bedroom was spacious for 5 people. Breakfast was not great in our opinion, it was very much geared for the USA palate (e.g. biscuits and gravy). The whole place could be doing with a refresh, exterior and interior just needs freshened up. We noted a few other hotels around the same part of the city which looked new and fresh, and others being built, so this will struggle to keep up with the market without a facelift.

We had an amazing stay. The staff was wonderful. The manager found out it was our foster children’s first stay in a hotel, and she made them goodie bags and housekeeping made up their bed very special. I can’t say enough amazing things about this beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!!
