The hotel pictures to say the least, looked nothing like the pictures advertised. I found a cockroach in our bathroom and there were some stains on the trimming of the bed. We were definitely expecting something different based off the pictures provided. After discussing with my family none of us slept very well either.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times over the last year and it’s always been a nice, convenient and cleanly place to stay. The building is musty smelling but all else I'd give a thumbs-up! It was clean, the staff was very friendly and the outside grounds were very well taken care of with beautiful flower beds! The best part was the location. Situated on a hillside just above the Roaring Fork River, there's a beautiful view of the valley headed into Aspen. Lots of outdoor seating provided to enjoy the amazing view and many different species of birds! We really enjoyed our stay.

The air conditioner was not working . The front desk came in the room to look at it at 9 pm and said maintenance wouldn’t be here until next day at noon . Hot night . Our room was right next to stairs on second floor ( no elevator) extremely loud all morning . Breakfast was amazing .
