No, there was no parking, it was full. Therecwas a music event happening. The hotel smelled really bad, I get migraines. It looked scary and unsafe. We left and found another hotel.

Ac was broken and didn’t even tell us on check in. Husband tried to turn the dial on the thermostat and it came off the wall and shot sparks in his eyes. Hotel staff had to file an incident report on it. Hotel was dirty, room was decently clean, people live in the hotel and lots of homeless people hovering around outside. Definitely won’t be staying again and wouldn’t recommend.

I didn’t even stay the night the pictures online are very old. You could tell the facility was really nice at one time but it is extremely run down. The rooms was not clean the walls was dingy and the carpets was stained up. The main problem I had was that when you are looking at the property online it doesn’t mention that this hotel is now a place for recovering women. This doesn’t show up until after you book your room and it appears to be an extended stay facility for lower income. I only mention this because after you book online you can not get a refund. I started questioning my decision when I pulled in the parking lot and seen how run down it looked, and when I walked in I knew I had messed up. I got to my room and looked around and went straight back to the front desk turn my key in and left. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Check in at 4pm. I arrived at 3:45, but computer and wifi was down and not expected to be repaired until 6. I waited in the lobby. I was in town for a function that was to start at 6, so I changed clothes in the hotel lobby. I called the front desk at 9 and was told the wifi was back up and I was checked in. The front desk clerk stayed longer at her shift in order to provide me with the room key. Nice of her. The room was adequate and clean. Temperature choices were heat and cool, but no adjustment for temp. Restless night. I was given a coupon for breakfast that was to be served from 7-9am. Breakfast was a plate of scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of dry toast, coffee and oj. After that, I was happily homeward bound. It was an adventure.

Overall, fine place to stay. It’s an older building. No frills. Breakfast was good..eggs, bacon and biscuit. Made for you when you arrive. No menu or other choices. Hotel is located in the downtown area of old Louisville. Easy to get to all parts of the city. Parking was easy.
