The staff was nice. The staff! There were a couple issues that I had to addressed. One, the refrigerator stopped working and spoiled my food. I asked for a dinner voucher and did not receive one, but they did replace it with an old too large for the area. The room had the clean look. However, the living chairs need to be sanitized because they had the smell of a dirty dog. Then, there was an issue with the hot water. Otherwise, the bed was clean, the pillows too, and that is saying a lot. Many hotels do not value their patrons, as least it appears they do not. People pay to have somewhere sleep; therefore, the bed should be cleaned thoroughly and sanitized. Norcross Peachtree Corners Marriott Courtyard, thanks for that.
