The reason I rented this property was because they had an indoor and outdoor pool. Unfortunately, I stayed four nights and neither pool was functioning during my entire stay. The gym was quite nice, but there was an empty container of wipes that was never replaced during my four nights either so no way to clean equipment. The rooms had been recently updated and were nice.

It was easy to access the hotel. Parking was plentiful. It's not in the middle of the city. There's no walkability, but it's only a few minutes from the airport, and the price is right, and you get what you pay for. I.e., it has barebones food and bev. options, but the front desk staff is terrific. I was only in Dallas to attend a funeral over the weekend. In Friday, Out Sunday. This place delivered.

Overall the hotel was great for where I needed to stay location-wise. But what made it a fantastic experience, was the front desk/Jack-of-all-trades, Bliss! He gave me fantastic restaurants recommendations, was very kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay at the hotel!

I liked that proximity to the airport and the local businesses and restaurants were plenty. I thought that the outside landscaping could be better and if the bathroom faucet was not completely closed the design made it so the water flowed down spigot and down on to floor. there was also a light musty smell
