I very rarely write a negative review, but my experience here this past weekend could not be ignored. This property is under heavy construction which is not divulged beforehand. The staff acted as if any questions were a bother even though because if the construction, it is very confusing. There was no working phone in the room. The walls, halls, etc leading to the room had stripped paint, ripped out places where something had previously hung, and there was construction equipment inside. The washer in the laundry room wasnt working. The outside is in desperate need of updating/repair. I couldn't believe this was a Courtyard by Marriott facility (thought I was in the wrong place). Geese everywhere (and their poop), so getting inside was like walking through a minefield! So glad that I had only booked one night (this was a holiday weekend). The place we stayed for the next night was a refreshing experience in comparison.

Sydney was great at check in. One of the fastest and easiest check ins ever! Cathy at the Bistro was awesome! Very friendly and personable. Room was nice and clean. Had a little trouble finding the building due to a lot of construction going on in the area and on the property. Signage was poor. Other than that, the staff was friendly and everything was clean. We weren't there long enoigh to take advantage of the amemities. Would stay again.
