The only three issues were 1) the front desk had only one computer, and with 3 other parties ahead of me to check in, my wait was a good 20+ minutes, 2) the pool heater was out of order, and 3) the breakfast area is VERY small (though there was a good variety of breakfast items, including the wonderful waffle maker).

I had to go up to Payson for a meeting at Banner Health. Not only was best Western the closest to the hospital but also looked like the cleanest in comparison to others I passed on my way in and out of town. Check in was easy and quick. Apparently the hotel was relatively booked full and it was quiet!
