I've stayed at the Lodge several times by now and they have a persistent issue with their key cards: essentially one neds to get the card recoded every day or two as they keep using very used cards that do not hold the key info on their magnetic strip long enough (a hotel like this should be able to afford new key cards and throw the worn out ones out). Othet than this: perfect location...
