Very old hotel, newly painted room. Nothing like pictures on site. Door key wouldn’t work had to be let in the room. Sheets and towels didn’t look clean or smell good. Would not stay here again. Staff was very friendly though.

You get what you pay for, safe place sleep

The lady at the front desk was really sweet. It wasnt in a bad neighborhood. I never felt unsafe.It definitely a get what you pay for. (There is a reason its one of the cheap hotels by). With that being said, they could 100% benefit from new linens. Sheets and towels were stained. It was a "managers special" paint job in the room. The room air was stale when we came in. A few minutes of the ac running and the door open cleared the stale air.

Room was awful. Sheets had red and yellow stains on both of them. There were bedbugs and multiple other insects roaming the room along with all of the dead ones we found. The mirror looked like someone used spit to clean it. Complained to the front desk and they ushered us out of the building and were told to contact Expedia to receive a refund. They have been avoiding contact for going on 4 days now. Awful owners and complete lack of professionalism. I’d rather sleep outside.

Stained bedding and towels, dead spiders found theoughout stay constantly. Tv broken, The shower was used once and the faucet broke and water wouldn't turn off, staff was in room at 1:30 am attempting to fix it, and said they could move me next day (when I was already checking out). They told me the bathrooms had just been refurbished so they didn't know why it was broken, staff was overall nice but for $580+ for 2 nights and an additional security deposit this was rough. Hotels.com was absolutely unhelpful and only offered a $25 refund and said it was MY fault, despite adding on insurance to my booking.

Avoid if possible

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Every surface was covered in dust and grime, just running your finger across would turn it gray or black. Bathroom was unusable and disgusting, shower was almost brown. Bugs were crawling around the beds, floors were clearly never vacuumed or cleaned in the slightest. Only positive was the staff were able to cancel and refund my remaining nights after the first night, had to pay for the night I did stay there. Never written a bad review for anything in my life but this was such an indescribably bad experience I felt it was necessary.

Dirty

Place was dirty brown and red stains on the towels, pillow, blanket and sheet. The sheet had a yellow tint in the middle of it. Bathroom door wouldnt close. Floor had crumbs and little pieces of trash everywhere. I asked for a pillow cover and was told he can't give me one. Before i left he walked into my room without knocking. When i was getting in the car he asked if I can give a 5 star review and then told me to knock on another customers door to ask her to give a 5 star review.
