Evening of booking. The hotel wasn’t bad. The check in process was rough. The “virtual check in” was slow and painful. The lobby smelled as if the poured lemon cleaner and sprayed the air with a lemon bomb. You could taste it. The room was clean enough but the shower was stained and the ceiling tile above the shower was moldy. We chose not to shower. We were on a 13 hr road trip and just needed a safe place to sleep. Which is what we got. The breakfast options weren’t awesome a muffin,bags of oatmeal, and bread/toast. Coffee, apple & OJ. Saturday night $100ish I didn’t expect the ritz. But tone down the smelly cleaner and change the tile in the bathroom it would’ve gotten a 4.5.

First time I have ever been to a hotel with an e-attendant at the desk. It was quick and easy, but just weird. no one was at the front desk the whole time we were there. The rooms were adequate. It was just a quick stop over on a longer trip.

There was zero staff on the property. We had to use a touch screen to attempt to sign in, which was extra difficult since we have emotional support animals. The hotel room had literal mosquitoes and beetle dead carcasses under the pillows. The laundry facility smelled like mold especially the washing machine. There is no way that I would dare to drink water or ice from the water and ice dispenser there. There were zero soaps lotions or shampoo in the room, and there were only about five tissues. Consider sleeping in my car before ever sleeping there again.

No one at the front desk or anywhere in the lobby. There’s a kiosk you have to use to check in, a guy (appeared and sounded to be of Indian nationality) is on the screen and checks you in and then pops out the number of keys you need. I’ve never used a kiosk to check in before when staying at a Hotel. I never saw an employee the whole time we stayed. The room smelled musky and the sheets had a musky smell to them. Room was clean, didn’t see any bugs until morning of check-out, saw a small spider. Heat worked good. Microwave & Small refrigerator worked well. Shower had hot water but the shower head is small so not great pressure. We only stayed 2 nights, I wouldn’t want to stay any longer here.

Room was clean and nice. Amenities were lacking. Bottles in shower were either stopped up or empty. They did have three tiny bottles on the sink but not enough for two persons. They did have baskets of shampoo & conditioner on the end of the counter in the offices but no one mentioned them and they had no body wash there. I didn’t notice them until later! Did not like kiosk check in and out. One other thing, if you have your iPhone near your door card, it erases your entry and you have to get someone to let you in.

The staff was non existent and the housekeeping staff that were present 1/2 the day were rude and unprofessional. I was traveling to Iowa via Florida when I got a flat tire (my next overnight stop was to be St. Louis) I am a woman traveling alone with a service animal that was approved when I was waiting for my uber the employee told me I could not sit inside the building once I checked out and so I went to the entry way mind you I’m from Florida so the cold weather is a big challenge to get used to she expected me and my service animal to sit out in the cold and wind it was so rude and sad. I was there for 3 nights and every morning they were hassling me about late checkout when I had already told the agent I was staying extra days. I asked for toilet paper, towels, and a trash bag that never was received even though it was only myself and 2 to 3 construction people staying there. The bed was comfortable and clean the room was ok there is no elevator so that was difficult.. overall even though it is a days inn it is still a Wyndham property and there should be set standards especially for staff just because it’s cheap doesn’t make it okay for a rude unacomadatable staff.
