I was offered fresh towels and garbage removed everyday. This never happens in higher end hotels any longer. The cleaning people are fabulous as are the desk and breakfast folks. They went above and beyond every time I asked a question or needed something. Kudos to Econolodge! I was always greeted with a smile and Hello as I passed the front desk

Hotel had a very positive vibe, with a board containing positive affirmations when you walked in that said, "take what you need!" I would definitely recommend and would stay again when in Rochester.
