2/10 Poor

The room was dirty and we had a mouse in our room…it’s a phobia of mine…there was also previous occupants food in the fridge….they did move us to a upper floor room but they would not give us a refund…I don’t think you should ever have live mice in your room…we won’t stay there again

Would have been nice to know this place was under construction. Every single room we used had something wrong/broken with it. Pool probably won’t be fixed in the near future. I’ll only stay here if I’m desperate. Our keys constantly de-activated and we didn’t have them by the phones. It’s crazy. Staff hard to understand English is very broken

The room itself was musty smelling. The pool was not open. The grandson dude who checked me in was VERY kind and VERY helpful.

Thread-bare and holes in furniture upholstery. Room needs painting and repairs in walls and vanity. No fan in bathroom. Whole place needs a shot in the arm. But, we did have a Clean bed - that was important.

Keep away

Should have just slept in my car. Took 30 minutes to check in (no one else was there). The room was gross, the TV was broken (throughout the entire hotel), the pool and hot tub were broken, half the lights didn't work and the toilet didn't even have a lid.

The place is very run down dated, rooms were not very clean, rugs were dirty and damaged. Motel wanted a 50.00 deposit on top of my rate, which I have never had to pay before in any motels I stayed in, When I checked out the fellow at front desk went and checked room before I got my deposit back. I must say the only positive part of my stay was the fellow at front desk he was very polite and helpful

Chose this hotel as I was traveling and many hotels were booked. Upon arrival I was asked to provide a $50 deposit which I understood and was fine with. I gave the attendant a $50 bill and we finished the transaction. I received a key only to walk in on someone coming out of the shower. I received another key and came to a room with no faucet handle. The next morning at checkout I asked for my deposit from a gentleman behind the counter. I explained that I signed a receipt showing that I gave $50 cash. I had misplaced my copy of the receipt as I came in late, the employee behind the counter came at me screaming as I didn’t have a receipt. Thankfully the lady that helped me the night before heard the screaming and came running down the hall and apologized and calmed the situation down. Just a bad experience at a unfortunately bad location

Nope.

I'm not a hotel/motel snob by any means, but from check-in to check-out this wasn't a great experience; that said, it wasn't the worst but it's up there. Definitely not worth the amount we paid on the room. The check-in was rough. They said their system was down so they couldn't check our reservations and had to take our card, drivers license, reservation number, etc. manually which took forever. The staff was friendly, it just wasn't an easy or good experience and the room was not in good condition, especially for the cost. Maybe if we paid a very discounted rate for the room, but for the cost we shouldn't have missing light fixtures, broken furniture, broken faucets, broken curtains, etc. (see pics) I'm not sure if it was paint or blood on the carpet, but it was not something I want to see in a room I'm staying in. Upon check-out they wouldn't provide a receipt and they charged my card for a deposit that was supposed to be refunded after we turned in the keycard. When he told me I needed to sign and I told him it was supposed to be a refund not a charge, he stated that I was signing for the refund and showed me a merchant credit statement. It has now been 4 days and my card was charged, then refunded, then charged again. In the end, I had to dispute this charge with my credit card company. I honestly won't stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO

Personally even for the price this place is unlivable and should be shut down. I booked the room for three nights and didn’t stay 15 minutes. We showed up at about 10pm and it was so bad my coworker and I decided to just drive to the job site and sleep in the car. Walking up to the room the walls are falling apart, disgusting smells all throughout the building, and A LOT of suspicious stains on the carpet all the way down the hall. As for the room, we were supposed to get a two bed and instead got a couch with a single bed. I always lift the mattress up to check for any bugs or other issues. This time I lifted it up and there was what appeared to be blood or some other bodily fluid there. The sheets were disgusting, and there was definitely blood stains thought the room. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. I added what photos I did take but it was just so disgusting that we got out of there as fast as possible

Motel is being renovated. When I first arrived I was put in an incomplete room. Manager took notice and moved me to much better acomodations. Because of construction floor seemed a bit dusty, room was not quite finished but was very comfortable and affordable. I would be happy to stay there again.

Wished there was warning they are under construction. We felt safe that’s all that matters. Entire hotel is under construction, keys always seemed to deactivate, beds are not comfortable at all. We didn’t feel like it was clean.

The room out of date, had a smell of wet musky smell, the toilet had a leak, the curtains had tares in them, the door didn’t shut securely, the electronic door pad didn’t work.

Rooms are not prepared to receive guests

When I arrived, I noticed the motel was under major renovation. When I made the reservation through hotels.com. there was no mention this motel undergoing major renovation. If I had known this, I would’ve never stayed at this motel. It took four different rooms before I was able to get a comfortable room. The three previous rooms either did not have running water or the televisions were not working properly. The hotel staff barely spoke English.
