Stains on furniture, sticking doors. Generally rundown appearance. Cleaning staff did not close door properly when they left. Beds creak loudly. Young girl smoking something suspicious from a large glass vessel outside. Hotel has social housing guests in several rooms. My wife and i did not feel comfortable staying here. Not recommended!

First dive I have booked on Hotel.com

Well the only thing that look like the picture in their ad was the lobby where they spent all their money. After the lobby it was a quick down hill slope of a run down hotel. Room was out dated, furniture has see better days, beds were nothing but coils( that were popping out of the mattress), with zero support or comfort, carpet looked like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in years, walls were covered in marks and there was mold on the ceiling and also in the bathroom. Breakfast is what was advertised but only had bread, coffee and tea. Asked for another room but there was none and they weren’t able to do anything for us because I booked through hotels.com. I am hoping the Hotels.com really takes a look at the hotels they are supporting on their site and picture and info is up to date

Great place to avoid

Our room was dank and smelled of mildew to the the point it was a like a punch in the face upon walking in our room. Conditions inside the room weren’t much better. Definitely not worth the price we paid. We ended up sleeping in our clothing because the bed smelled weird and slept on top of the covers. The staff were the only highlight as the were friendly and welcoming. Definitely needs a facelift, it would take a miracle for me to return, I travel for work and stay in many different hotels and by far this was my worst experience other than in 3 rd world countries.

Enjoyed our stay.

Cheap and cheerful, front desk staff were lovely to deal with. A bit run down, but it does the trick for low maintenance travellers on a budget. There is a breakfast station for DIY use. Coffee, tea, toast, bagels and spreads available.

Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are nice and large. Tub is full size. All in all a good place to stay. And the prices reasonable.

Parking lot had not been properly plowed and was a mess. Entire hotel is very rundown. The room itself the bathroom was dirty with paint peeling and broken baseboards, the rooms outside door would not close properly and the door entry didn’t work. The edge of the bed dug into your legs when sitting down, although was better when lying. Went to breakfast, it was bread or bagel and coffee and when we went back to our room the card wouldn’t work and we couldn’t get back in, although it was not even close to check out time. I didn’t expect much considering what I paid but I certainly expected better than what we got

Absolutely bottom of the barrel.

The place is an absolute dump. My room reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. I had to put a towel by the door because of the draft coming in. I used my sleeping ad and didn't touch anything.
