Wonderful hotel. Quiet and comfortable. The pool was great for cooling off. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke English very well. It is very close to the train and bus station-only 5 min walk. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of choices.

Hotellet har ett okej läge med både närhet till stationen och centrum! Men är ganska slitet och skulle behöva fräschas upp. Poolområdet bra men dom tar en hyra för poolhandukar vilket var dåligt.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Franchement, c'est un très bel hôtel, propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et toujours à l'écoute. Le confort des chambres est au rendez-vous, le service est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux, et la restauration en général est de grande qualité. La piscine est également très propre et agréable. J'avais réservé pour deux nuits au départ, mais j’ai tellement apprécié que j’ai prolongé mon séjour à 10 jours ! Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation!

Hotellrummet var jätte fint och även badrummet men det fanns inte något strykjärn, kylskåp och garderoben var för liten det fanns bara plats att hänga upp några kläder. Frukosten var inte så bra heller, de hade ingen frukt eller grönsaker trots att jag frågade om det. Väldigt litet utbud. Läget var inte så bra eftersom det låg för långt ifrån stranden trots att det stod att det endast var 5 minuter från strandpromenaden. Jag skulle rekommendera att ta ett närmare och mer centralt hotell med bättre läge och frukost.

Hotel muito bem equipado, com uma equipe extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. O quarto é amplo, com cama confortável e todos os itens necessários para uma estadia agradável. A localização também é excelente: próximo ao centro, aos principais pontos turísticos e, especialmente, ao terminal de trem, o que facilitou bastante nossa locomoção. Com certeza voltaríamos!

Undgå valet parkering og meget lille pool.

Vi boede 4 dage på hotellet eller rettere sat i et lejlighedskompleks overfor hotellet. Ejendommen var fin med nye værelser. Ved ankomst afleverede vi vores bil til valet parking, som koster EUR 30,00 per døgn, men da vi fik bilen retur var de flere mærker og ridser på højre forskærm. Dette gjorde vi receptionisten opmærksom på, men hun kunne ikke hjælpe, da dette ikke var hendes ansvarsområde. Vi har siden væres i dialog med hotellet, der dog helt afviser, at de har haft andel i skaden. Vi kunne fra vores værelse se at bilen var parkeret 3 forskellig steder under vores ophold, og der var meget lidt plads vi parkeringsområdet. Ærgeligt med skader på bil, og vores var kun 14 dage gammel. Poolen på hotellet er iøvrigt kun til børn eller til at køle fødderne i.

DÉCEPTION

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Golden Tulip Cannes, et malheureusement, notre expérience a été mitigée. Points négatifs : • Le jet de douche est vraiment faible, ce qui rend la douche peu agréable. • Une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. • Chambre très étroite pour 3 personnes, surtout après avoir séjourné les 3 premières nuits au Luxotel Cannes où nous avions eu une chambre spacieuse que je vous recommande d’ailleurs pour le même prix. • Obligation de sonner pour rentrer le soir, ce qui n’est pas très pratique. • Système de carte défectueux : il fallait parfois passer la carte une dizaine de fois avant que la porte s’ouvre. • Parking minuscule, mal adapté pour les gros SUV, et clairement insuffisant pour la capacité de l’hôtel. Points positifs : • Mention spéciale à Laurent, le voiturier, qui cumule plusieurs rôles (serveur, réceptionniste…) avec toujours le sourire et une grande serviabilité. • Très belle piscine, agréable et bien entretenue. • Situation parfaite : à deux pas du centre-ville, tout se fait à pied, pas besoin de la voiture. En résumé, un bon emplacement et un personnel attentionné, mais l’infrastructure et le confort sont clairement à améliorer, surtout pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
