Guys at the front desk were great. Lobby was freezing cold. Hot tub was cold as was the room it was in. Breakfast was canceled. Room door was broken, had to pick up door to close it. Torn carpet with tack strip exposed in the kitchen. Horrible mattress with lumps and mini pillows. Bathtub very weak feeling while standing in it. It’s like this place is waiting to be torn down and they don’t want to spend money. Two things we were counting on, hot tub and a breakfast , neither happened and no compensation offered.

Complaints were lodged and management ignored it. There is a hole in the floor of our room. Their hot tub is the closest one I've ever been in. This place is not as advertised at all. No attempt has been made to correct anything.

The morning we needed to checkout there was no employees working and no coffee or breakfast which is part of the reason we stayed here on Saturday the ist morning the biscuits were served cold and the gravy was cold dumped from a can in front of me.The suites are very run down.
